International Society for Asphalt Petrology
The International Society for Asphalt Petrology e. V. was founded in 2014. It is dedicated to promoting science and research in connection with the research area of asphalt petrology. She uses petrological methods to research the structure, composition and behavior of asphalt.
The society offers scientists and engineers a platform to exchange information about topics and findings relating to asphalt. It promotes the technical and scientific training and further education of its members through seminars and dialogue with other technical and scientific associations.
